All communication between users and NeedHelp.world is conducted via WhatsApp. Please note that the app is managed by an automated bot, not an individual. This ensures timely and consistent responses to your inquiries and support needs.

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions made available through NeedHelp.world may be governed by rules separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy.
